A Wake-Up Call
At 22, I found myself in a place I never expected—recovering from ACL surgery, physically drained, and mentally stuck. For the first time, I realised how much I had taken my physical and mental health for granted. I became obsessed with optimising my well-being, researching everything from gut health to fitness and nutrition.
